  • The Art of Self-Tape. Self-Tape has taken over as the standard form of auditioning, and it’s not going away. In this class, you’ll learn what equipment you need (it’s not much!) and how to set yourself up to give the best audition possible.

  • Scene Study. This class focuses on analyzing and understanding scene work by reviewing A-List movies and individual scenes. You’ll gain the skills needed to do any scene by breaking down how to analyze a script and how to work the camera to your best advantage.

  • Hair and Makeup. Hair & Makeup Do’s and Don’ts - Work with Broadway professional hair and makeup artist Lindsey Brown to learn the trendiest and best ways to doll yourself up. Prep for Pilot Season.

  • Zoomettes. Work on our virtual set! During this online intensive program, audition to become a part of an intimate cast and film a scene over Zoom. Every Zoomette is unique unto itself, assigning a script to fit each individual cast. This series is great for sharpening those skills, networking, and expanding your resume. All cast members will receive footage of the final scene.

  • Studio 127. Work on our virtual set! This program has given our alumni the basics to become the professional working performers they are today. During this 6 week course, you will audition to be cast in a short web series. Every series we produce is unique, designing a script to fit each individual group of actors. This course is great for sharpening those skills, networking, and expanding your resume. All cast members will receive footage of the final “series.”

  • Masterclasses. Learn from someone who’s actually done it. Join our professional guest teachers from Hollywood to Broadway as they share their tips and tricks for the up-and-coming professional.

  • Acting on the Spectrum. A class designed to help those on the Autism Spectrum navigate the neurotypical world, using the same techniques actors use to hone their craft. Taught by Broadway and film actor Robby Clater who is on the spectrum.

  • It's a Business! From resumes to money management, this class covers the ins and outs of the business side of the industry. There are no dumb questions here. This Q&A style class is designed to help clarify the how-to’s of this career from industry professionals. If you’ve ever thought “I wish I had an insider” this is the class for you.

  • Never Sacrifice the Acting. This exclusive course focuses on TV/Film audition material. Get personalized feedback for both the work specific to the scene and the work specific to the actor. Learn to differentiate acting techniques and blend them to create the best method for you.

Acting Technique with Chaundre Hall-Broomfield.  Chaundre Hall-Broomfield is a skilled actor, musician, and composer from Newburgh, New York. Chaundre earned his B.F.A. in Acting at SUNY Purchase. He went on to star as Mulligan/Madison in the first National Tour of Hamilton. Other favorite theatrical credits include Bobby in Choir Boy, Omari in Pipeline, Red Carter in Seven Guitars, and Seaweed in Hairspray. You can find him on TV in Luke Cage Season 2. Chaundre is also well known for his musical talents in producing and composing.

This class will include a 30 minute Q&A followed by scene work. Bring in your own scene (2-3 pages max) that you believe showcases you best or one you’d like to work on.

Scene Analysis with Natalie Kaye Clater. Natalie Kaye Clater, co-founder of Clater- Kaye Studios, began working professionally at 15, receiving her Equity card performing in Dreamgirls with Jennifer Holiday at the MUNY. She then went on to workshop the original production of The Prom and joined the first National Tour of Hamilton in 2018. Beyond performing, Natalie has been teaching the arts for 8 years and is excited to share her knowledge with new students. TV credits include Killision Course (Oxygen Network), Blue Bloods, and Columbus (Big Apple Film Festival Winner 2020). Other theatre credits include A Chorus Line (Dir. Mitzi Hamilton), Grease (Marty at The MUNY), I Am, I Will, I Do (Valerie Ashley).

This class will include a 30 minute Q&A followed by scene work. Natalie will assign sides 2-3 days prior to class.

Dance Cardio with Jennifer Geller. Jennifer Geller is a Georgia peach who made her professional debut playing Nautica in the International Tour of Bring It On: The Musical and is currently "THE BULLET" in Hamilton. She has performed Off-Broadway as the role Aspen in Gigantic, in numerous shows at regional theaters around the country including Rock Of Ages, Spamalot, Cabaret, My Fair Lady, and Saturday Night Fever, and in Curb Your Enthusiasm on HBO. She is also a CPT (Certified Personal Trainer) with the National Academy of Sports Medicine, offering interactive virtual plans, 1:1 training sessions, weekly donation-based group classes on Zoom (boot camp & stretching classes) for charity.
